What You’ll Do:
- Lead customer interactions and elevate their experience
- Learn and apply industry-best practices in estimating and repair
- Oversee daily production and workflow
- Drive performance through financial review and KPI tracking
- Support and coach team members to achieve their potential
- Represent the Kirmac brand with pride and integrity
- A passion for leadership and growth
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on attitude
- Willingness to travel between locations during training
- Industry experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
