Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces
- Assist with panel prep, minor body work, and priming as needed
- Ensure all prep work is done to high standards to support quality paint application
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate with painters and other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a paint prep or autobody role preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Knowledge of sanding tools, masking techniques, and shop safety
- Must be reliable and punctual
