Seeking a manager for a busy local coffee shop in a vibrant community, close to the beach. You will be in charge of all the daily operations. Responsibilities will include staffing, menu, operational oversight, vendor relations and most importantly, customer satisfaction. People management skills and F&B experience are must-haves. and a sound knowledge of coffee is a desirable asset. Looking for an out-going person who can take charge.. We are offering a competitive salary with benefits (TBD on experience), as well as a compensation package going forward.
