Manita Rosedale is seeking a Manager to join our Front of House team.
We focus on creating memorable guest experiences through sourcing fresh, sustainable product and creating a work atmosphere supportive of employee growth. Our restaurant is clean, well organized, safe and efficiently run.
Responsibilities:
- Help to grow our current FOH team by mentoring, professional leadership and successful hiring
- Manage labour and front of house product cost in accordance with company standards
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared in accordance with company standards
- Intake, organize and execute large group dinners, events, and restaurant buyouts
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with front of house staff to ensure smooth operation of the dining room and bar
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Manager at a busy restaurant
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, beer and culinary trends
- Strong understanding of customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Creativity and passion for food and beverage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
