Now Hiring: Experienced House Cleaners (Private Contractors Only) Join Blue Haven Cleaning Inc.
Summary: Blue Haven Cleaning is looking for professional, experienced, and detail-oriented independent house cleaners to join our team as private contractors. We are searching for individuals who have been cleaning for a while, take pride in their work, and know how to deliver high-quality service without constant supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of residential and commercial properties while providing top-notch customer service. This is not an employee position. We are only hiring private contractors who meet the following requirements: Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment Must use your own reliable transportation Must be willing to carry or obtain liability insurance
Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning of all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and offices
- Handle sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and general surface cleaning
- Execute carpet care using proper techniques and tools
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces to ensure client safety and health
- Follow client instructions and preferences to deliver customized service
- Maintain your own inventory of cleaning supplies and report any issues with tools/equipment
- Provide professional, friendly, and respectful customer service
- Adhere to safety guidelines when using cleaning products and equipment
Required Experience & Skills:
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred)
- Familiarity with housekeeping, custodial tasks, and cleaning best practices
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning is a plus
Equipment Knowledge Needed:
- Must know how to use standard cleaning equipment: vacuums, mops, carpet cleaners, etc.
- Understanding of which cleaning agents to use for different surfaces
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, lift, kneel, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Must be able to carry supplies and equipment between jobs
Schedule Expectations:
- Flexible schedule — work as much or as little as you want
- Jobs available weekdays and weekends
- You choose the areas and times that work best for you
Compensation & Growth:
- Get paid same day after each clean
- Average pay: $150 - $350 daily based on job type, Square footage, # of bedrooms, bathrooms etc.) and client
