The Maintenance Person will be responsible for executing project needs for the property , ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely fashion. They will also be responsible for handling work orders, including cleaning/pool supplies, equipment and general building maintenance. The Maintenance Person will work with our Best Western Team during the busy hospitality season.
Responsibilities: Skills
- Solid working knowledge of service maintenance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applies advanced skills to the position or specialization.
- May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position.
Other Requirements
- Ability to lift minimum of 50 lbs
- Mobility includes ability to pull, climb, crawl, bend, kneel and stretch.
- Must be available to work flexible hours;
- Valid driver’s license
- Complete general maintenance.
- Identify problems and fix them.
- Be customer service driven.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

- Maintenance: 2 years (required)
