Key Responsibilities
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machinery parts.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to maintain solid relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and parties.
- Audit and manage spare parts and inventory.
- Oversee capital allocation, process invoices, and maintain documentation.
- Work independently without direct supervision.
- Plan and purchase repair materials in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to enhance parts room organization and workflows.
- Support safety initiatives and ensure the timely completion of safety tasks.
- Identify and suggest process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP/SAP and CMMS systems preferred.
- MMP certification or financial management training is an asset.
- Industry experience in automotive, RV, or heavy-duty equipment is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machinery parts.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Team-oriented with strong planning and time management abilities.
