POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for a 'Handyman' for the Le Bacc residential building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Change light bulbs in the common areas
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good team player
- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Customer service experience an asset
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
