POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The welcoming Villa Saguenay residence is looking for a maintenance attendant. Reporting to the maintenance director, the maintenance attendant's responsibilities include completing minor renovations and ensuring cleanliness within the facility.
Temporary part-time position, 24 hours per week from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance of common areas
- all other related tasks
Construction
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- CPR training (asset)
