Basic Job Description:

The Lot Attendant will work hand in hand with our service team to provide an exceptional customer experience. Together, we will set the industry standard for customer service. This position will contribute to service department's operations by ensuring the efficient organization, movement, and detailing of motorcycles.

Main Responsibilities:

· Assist in effective bike flow throughout building.

· Ensuring cleanliness of building and lot.

· Wash and detail motorcycles prior to customer pickup/delivery.

· Delivery of motorcycles.

· Other duties as required.

Main Requirements:

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

· Exceptional attention to details.

· Team-player who has the ability to work independently.

· A passion for our brand and the desire to learn about the motorcycle industry.

· The ability to consistently manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

· Valid class 5 driver’s license required.

· Class 6 license is preferred.

· Physically able to move motorcycles in and around shop including deliveries.

· Work well in a high paced, high stress environment.

· Preferably one year of previous general automotive/motorsport employment experience.

Having a passion for motorcycle’s is not a requirement ... we'll make sure you enjoy them!
