We're now looking for a Logistics Manager to join our growing operations team and help drive our field success to the next level.
The Role
As Logistics Manager, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of material, equipment, and fleet logistics across multiple project sites. You'll work closely with project managers, procurement, and field teams to ensure the right resources are in the right place—on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage transportation and delivery of materials, heavy equipment, and supplies to job sites
Optimize logistics routes and schedules to minimize downtime and costs
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for on-time deliveries
Oversee inventory levels at job sites and at the shop
Ensure compliance with all governing bodies required, and company safety protocols
Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and fleet movements
Resolve issues or delays quickly and effectively
Qualifications
5+ years of logistics experience, preferably in heavy construction or industrial sectors
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, and construction supply chains
Experience managing large equipment fleets and third-party logistics providers
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with logistics software and scheduling tools
