Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide assistance and care to individuals in need. The Support Worker will primarily focus on home care and patient support, ensuring the well-being and comfort of those under their care.
Duties:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and organizing
- Aid with mobility and transportation needs
- Monitor and report changes in the client's health or behavior
Experience:
- Experience in home care, senior care, or caregiving preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required
- Familiarity with hospice care, nursing homes, dementia care, and patient support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans diligently
