A glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Lead and structure daily logistics for a growing, multi-asset fleet — ensuring smooth operations and measurable impact.
- Optimize dispatch, routing, and scheduling to reduce empty runs, cut costs, and boost efficiency.
- Coach and develop drivers and dispatchers, promoting a culture of accountability, urgency, and high standards.
- Track and act on KPIs (e.g. stops completed vs. planned, asset utilization, operating costs) to drive performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, maintenance, and compliance to ensure fleet readiness.
- Take decisive action when issues arise — you’re the go-to person for getting things back on track.
- Think like an owner: use financial insights to improve profitability and operational flow.
What we’re looking for:
- Leadership and coaching skills with a proactive, empowering approach to team development;
- Experience in logistics management, ideally in industries such as construction, waste management, or any environment involving a diverse fleet;
