The Logistics Supervisor plays a key role in managing our product flow, team logistics, and regional supply chain. This position is responsible for overseeing deliveries, inventory management across multiple locations and provinces, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal documentation standards. This is a collaborative, multi-functional role requiring coordination with the sales, production and finance teams.

The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is comfortable handling both logistics and warehouse duties. This position may involve some physical labor from time to time, including lifting, moving, and organizing products and equipment.

This position will report to the Managing Partner.

Responsibilities:

Inventory & Distribution Management

+ Maintain accountability for inventory across all warehouse locations and restaurants

+ Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained in Alberta, coordinating and organizing the related shipments and allocations

+ Manage and process large purchase orders (AGLC, BCLDB, Yukon Liquor Board and others)

+ Assist with monthly inventory counts as neededDelivery Operations

+ Lead and manage the delivery team, providing daily oversight and support

+ Perform deliveries when necessary to support the team or meet priority customer needs

+ Manage delivery vehicle scheduling, maintenance and overall fleet readiness.

+ Assist delivery team with daily route planning and order preparation and organization.

Product Registrations & Returns Management

+ Complete and maintain product registrations for all markets (BC, AB, YK)

+ Monitor, track and implement any needed pricing changes for the above regions

+ Ensure Alberta products are properly allocated to ensure stock levels for our restaurant as well as other AB customers

+ Organize and track all returns, ensuring accurate batch code tracking and proper documentation

+ Arrange product destruction as needed in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, deliveries or logistics. Must have the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.

+ Experience in the craft beer or beverage distribution industry preferred.

+ Have a great understanding and collaborative approach when it comes to problem solving.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

+ Ability to remain solution-focused under pressure.

+ Be confident and comfortable operating a variety of vehicles of various size, up to and including 5 Ton truck (no air brakes required)

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools; able to create, update, and analyze data as part of inventory and logistics tasks.

+ Forklift operation experience is an asset; candidates without certification must be willing to undergo training and become certified promptly upon hire.

+ Valid driver’s license with no limitations / restrictions. Must be able to provide a recent copy of an MVR (driver’s abstract).

+ Ability to lift and carry up to 140 lbs from time to time and work in a physically demanding environment.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset

+ Must have strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
