Position Overview
Eco-Green Energy, a trusted propane supplier committed to efficient and friendly service, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics & Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support. We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and proactive team player who can exceed customer expectations. This position requires rotating on-call availability, including evenings and weekends.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, texts, and emails as required.
- Accurately enter order details into the Advantage Route dispatch system.
- Collaborate with team members and site managers to ensure successful and timely deliveries.
- Assist customers with setting up new accounts, ensuring all required information is collected and entered accurately.
- Maintain and update customer profile information.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to assess situations quickly
- Ability to handle multiple calls and dispatch requests simultaneously
- Skilled in executing tasks effectively and efficiently
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Advantage Route Systems is considered an asset
- Prior dispatch and/or propane industry experience is considered an asset
