Donalda Club is renowned for its commitment to providing the highest standards of quality and service. Our Fitness Department is seeking a dedicated Locker Room Attendant who exemplifies professionalism and courtesy, ensuring our members and guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment.
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Locker Room Attendant, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of our locker rooms, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that meets Donalda Club's standards. Your role is crucial in ensuring all facilities are prepped and well-stocked, reflecting the club's high standards of hygiene and efficiency.

- Maintain cleanliness throughout the locker room, including windows, washrooms, floors, lockers, and furniture.
- Conduct frequent inspections and restocking of washrooms and showers to uphold cleanliness and supply standards.
- Provide member services such as issuing lockers and towels, cleaning golf shoes, and replacing golf shoe spikes.
- Handle and dispose of waste and soiled towels diligently.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the Clubhouse or Facilities Manager promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating reliability and independence in daily tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable in damp, wet conditions typical of locker rooms.
- Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting.
- Well-groomed, polite, and friendly demeanor.
- Availability for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Expected shift are 8 hours long. Coverage for opening: 6:00 AM, mid-shift: 10:30 AM, or closing shift: 1:30 PM, Monday - Sunday.
