Are you an experienced equipment operator looking to be part of a reputable and growing company? Oakridge Landscape Contractors is looking for a Part-Time Loader Operator to support soil production at our on-site yard in Hannon.
This is a seasonal position that runs into the late fall, with potential winter work assisting our snow crews – ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and operating heavy equipment year-round!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate a loader to assist in producing high-quality soil blends.
- Maintain and organize inventory of soil and blending materials.
- Routinely monitor soil inventory and blending material levels.
- Perform basic vehicle checks and assist with equipment maintenance.
- Work closely with the Yard Foreperson to support day-to-day production needs.
What You Bring:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Previous experience operating a loader, bulldozer, or excavator.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Willingness to work weekends when needed.
