Job Summary
We are a seeking reliable and proactive two Live-In Building Superintendent partners/team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the building. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professionals who takes pride in creating a safe, clean, and well-maintained living and working environment for residents and tenants.
As Building Superintendents, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, addressing maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. You will be responsible of the taking out and bringing in of the garbage and recycling bins.
A condo unit will be provided for the successful applicant paid by the corporation.
