ABOUT THE ROLE
Line cooks set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies. They prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Must be able to multi task line cookery and prep work.
This position will work very closely with the Kitchen manager and other line cooks.
This position starts immediately.
JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES
- Station set up and utensil set up
- Cooking efficiently and organization, bill organization and plating
- Daily cleaning tasks and sanitation rotation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- One – two years of related culinary experience
- FoodSafe (Required)
- Restaurant or catering experience (Required)
- Be hands on and be prepared to work weekends
- Ability to multi-task with an eye for detail
- Organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Hours
- Full Time Mornings 8AM-4PM
- Full Time Evenings (4PM-10:30PM)
- Part Time Shifts Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (8AM-4PM)

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
