Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
- Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Uphold high standards of culinary excellence while adhering to portion control guidelines.
Skills
- Proven experience in a line cook or similar role within the food industry.
- Strong culinary skills with proficiency in cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle various kitchen equipment safely.
- Experience in menu planning and meal preparation for diverse dietary needs.
- Background in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
