Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Skills
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
- Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- 4 years of Experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring high-quality meal preparation.
