Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, specifically Ramen, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced restaurant environment that aligns to the Ramen Isshin standard. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and Ramen Isshin standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Skills
- Proficient in kitchen operations, including meal preparation and cooking techniques.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Attention to detail in food presentation and quality control.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or fast paced foood service industry is preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
