We are seeking a dedicated and Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the standards of our kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Attention to detail, especially regarding presentation and quality of dishes.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools.
- A background in the food industry or previous restaurant experience is preferred.
- Needs to be semi-proficient in Mandarin
- Able to carry 50lbs at any point throughout the day without issue

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
