Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes following established recipes and quality standards
- Consistently ensure the presentation and taste of all meals meet restaurant expectations
- Customize and adapt dishes to accommodate special customer requests and dietary needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to coordinate timely and efficient meal preparation and delivery
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, proactively communicating inventory needs to management
- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen work experience; experience in Asian cuisine is preferred
- Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Able to work under pressure efficiently and stand for a long period
