Fiore Famiglia is a neighborhood restaurant that focuses on casual Italian dining, featuring handstretched pizzas and fresh in house made pastas.
We are currently looking to add a Line Cook position to our amazing team.
We are seeking experienced, motivated individuals to join our growing culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our busy kitchen. Experience with fresh pasta and pizza is a definite asset but not required.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Demonstrate a professional demeanor and appearance
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Clearly communicate in English
- Think outside of the box and are creative
- Are able to follow direction and produce high quality dishes up to Fiore Famiglia established standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workspace
- Complete all assigned prep work
- Closing tasks
- A positive attitude and a calm demeanor
- Have a passion for and previous experience cooking Italian cuisine
Requirements
- Food Safe Level 1
- Valid work permit
- Ability to stand for several hours
- Ability to lift at least 22kg (50lbs)
- Eligible to legally work in Canada
