Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring that all dishes meet our standards for quality and presentation. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all dishes.
- Assist in meal preparation for special events or large orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service times.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cooking tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
