Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a love for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality. As a Line Cook at 7by7 Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with 7by7 Restaurant’s recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and preparing orders.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle and store food safely, adhering to all food safety guidelines.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from senior kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for cooking.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
