Youth Soccer Child Development Coach – Lil’ Champs FC
Location: Woodbridge Sports Dome (7501 Martin Grove Road, Woodbridge, ON)
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent (1–25 hours per week)
Starting Pay: From $17.50/hour + other bonuses
About Us
Lil’ Champs FC is an exciting new youth soccer program designed for children ages 18 months – 14 years old. Our mission is to create a fun, positive, and development-focused environment where kids can build confidence, learn soccer skills, and develop a lifelong love for the game.
We’re looking for energetic, kid-focused, and passionate coaches to join our growing team. Whether you’re an aspiring educator, student, or sports enthusiast, if you love working with children and making an impact, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, engaging, and structured weekly soccer classes for children ages 18 months – 14 years.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Communicate with parents before and after classes about child progress.
- Follow the Lil’ Champs FC curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset at every session.
- Help with evalaution process
Requirements
- No prior coaching experience required – training is provided.
- Must enjoy working with children and bring creativity, patience, and energy to every class.
- Available to work: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (11am-11:50am, 5pm-5:50pm)
- Ability to commit to 10–13 week sessions (Term 1, Term 2, Term 3, Term 4).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable and consistent attendance.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare).
- 3+ years of experience with children (preferred but not required).

Schedule
- Class Times are: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (11am-11:50am, 5pm-5:50pm)
- Opportunities for additional shifts during the week as the program expands
