What the Role Looks Like
As a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor, you’ll guide clients through some of life’s most important decisions. You’ll offer thoughtful, personalized insurance advice and help clients understand how life insurance fits into a broader financial plan—from retirement savings to risk management. You’ll have access to a steady flow of qualified leads, top-tier support, and the opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, people-focused organization.
Your Day-to-Day
- Learn each client’s financial situation, goals, and protection needs
- Recommend the right mix of life insurance products: term, whole life, and universal life
- Provide guidance on related financial topics like retirement planning and investment basics
- Foster trust-based relationships through clear communication and dependable support
- Manage your pipeline efficiently while maintaining accurate, compliant records
- Keep informed on industry updates, product changes, and emerging trends
- Identify additional ways to support clients through broader financial services
What You Bring to the Table
- Active LLQP license and authorization to work in British Columbia
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or financial advising
- A consultative sales style with a client-first mindset and proven track record
- Strong interpersonal skills—you’re someone people feel comfortable trusting
- Confidence with CRMs, digital tools, and workflow platforms
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to continuously grow
