**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license. The successful candidate will play a key role in our team, performing a variety of administrative tasks, assisting with insurance sales, and managing our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and process documentation related to insurance policies and client accounts.
- Assist with client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Insurance Sales Support:
- Assist with the preparation of insurance quotes and policy documents.
- Support sales activities, including follow-ups and client communication.
- Provide information to clients regarding insurance products and services.
- Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to client comments and messages.
Qualifications:
- Valid LLQP license is mandatory.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Experience in sales or insurance-related roles is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with insurance software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of content creation tools and social media analytics.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
