Are you passionate about sports and creating memorable experiences for others? Urban Rec is on the lookout for outgoing, energetic individuals to join our crew as League Coordinators. You’ll be right in the action—helping participants enjoy friendly competition and great vibes in our Multi-Sport League at the Richmond Olympic Oval, where you’ll oversee a rotating lineup of sports including soccer, floor hockey, flag football, ultimate frisbee, basketball, and dodgeball.

What You’ll Do
As a League Coordinator, you’ll oversee smooth league operations and keep the games running on time and in good spirits.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up and taking down equipment for games
- Managing time and scorekeeping during matches
- Submitting a detailed shift report after each night
- Acting as an Urban Rec ambassador—welcoming participants, answering questions, and promoting future events
- Handling any first aid needs or minor conflicts between participants
- Encouraging sportsmanship and fair play at all times

Multi-Sport League Coordinator – Richmond Olympic Oval
Location: Richmond, BC
Schedule: Wednesdays & Thursdays 6:45pm – 11:15pm (September 3rd- November 26th)
Pay: $18.75/hour (includes 4% vacation pay)
