THE OPPORTUNITY

MiQ has incubated a new Enterprise business division over the last year: this division elevates our offering by putting our analytics and technology capabilities in the hands of our clients. This takes the form of our analytics platform AiQ as well as custom technical solutions. As the department and business are growing rapidly, there is scope for you to really make this role your own.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Lead Solutions Consultant you will be responsible for translating client’s commercial challenges into MiQ’s proprietary Technology and Analytics. You will play a critical, end-to-end role involving all elements of client onboarding, servicing, relationship development, business development and product management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Client Lead
- Overall responsibility for the outputs of the Canadian Solution Team
- Engage directly with Commercial and Sales Leadership to provide end-to-end support on implementation across all MiQ Solutions
- Drive the overarching Solution Team strategy, roadmap, and vision that aligns with the Canadian business ambitions and OKRs
- Take ownership of the analytics engagement with a leading agency group
- Understand the agency and client challenges and translate them into an MiQ-A roadmap
Project Management
- Ensure projects and deliverables are completed in a timely fashion to a high quality. Setting the benchmark for the solutions team.
- Execute documentation to a high standard, both technical and client friendly and is easily accessible
- Deliver tasks before deadlines. Set ambitious, but realistic expectations, create buffers and allow time to manage stakeholders
- Proactively chase own work and update managers accordingly.
- Understand different working rhythms and time zones to maximize productivity globally
Scoping requirements
- Critically assess and question briefs to gain a thorough understanding of requirement
- Provide a range of solutions to elevate client understanding of what we could offer
- Innovate on new and exciting ways to explore commercial challenges
Internal collaboration
- Work closely with strategic accounts to identify client opportunities
- Provide feedback to the wider business that will develop the client analytics offering
- Form strong links with our Bangalore analytics team, coordinate technical output
- Approachable; be available for colleagues to collaborate and brainstorm with
- Foster a team mentality both locally and globally
Entrepreneurial & Commercial thinking
- Consider how Solutions at MiQ are seen in the industry, proactively position us in the market as a leader
- Assess the market and research technological advances in order to keep MiQ at the forefront of the ad-tech development
- Be the voice of the Canadian market by providing development ideas to our senior commercial and product team to fuel new innovation pipelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years’ experience in a technical media / data role
- Client/Advertiser facing experience preferable
- Ideal candidates will have come from an agency tech department, DMP or agency trading desk
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL and relational Databases
- Proven track record implementing as project manager or technical lead: identifying, architecting and implementing appropriate solutions that address specific business needs
- Self-Learner with desire to solve commercial issues with technical solutions
- Conscientious attention to detail and the ability to proactively solve problems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
- Experience translating complicated technical solutions into simple and easy to understand communication strategies that tell a story through data
- Computer science background and any Cloud computing knowledge is a plus: Google Cloud, AWS
- Experience with AdTech Tech Stacks a plus
- DMP – Adobe, Bluekai, Krux…
- Tag Management Systems – Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Conversant…
- Data Visualization – Dataroma, BI etc…
- DSP – The Trade Desk, Amazon, Yahoo, Dv360, etc…
- General understanding of to connect multiple data sets: API integrations and delivering against multiple data sets
