PaintTastic Pro is a locally owned painting company in Ottawa built on Integrity & Fairness. We provide high-quality residential and commercial painting services and are looking for a Lead Painter to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise painting crews on residential and commercial projects.
- Perform surface prep (sanding, caulking, masking, priming).
- Apply paint with brush, roller, and spray equipment.
- Work on new builds, specializing in first coats and second coats in residential homes.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet strict quality standards.
- Pick up paint and materials when needed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites — non-negotiable.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional painting experience.
- Must be proficient in spray painting techniques.
- Experience in new builds (first and second coats residential).
- Time management is non-negotiable — must stay on schedule and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace while keeping high quality.
- Cleanliness and organization are non-negotiable.
- Fully available schedule (weekdays + occasional weekends).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to lead, and strong work ethic.
