Local white glove furniture delivery company is seeking a Team Lead and/or a swamper/delivery assistant to join our delivery team.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in delivery, moving, or furniture installation (unpack, assemble, place).
- Must be physically fit, with the ability to lift and move heavy (75-100 lbs) furniture safely.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when it comes to the handling, unpacking and assembly high-end items.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction to ensure personal safety.
- Be well groomed, well-spoken and be able to deal with each situation in a manner that takes care of our customer.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if applicable).
- Must clear a criminal record check.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather.
This job is full-time, Monday through Friday. Hours vary, but generally 8 - 5. Some weekend work may be available. Lead Hand work available for the right person who can work independently with same care and attention if the boss was with them. Opportunity for more responsibility for the right person.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
