Your day-to-day will look like:
- Organize & maintain scheduled installations of building mechanical systems
- To install all materials, equipment, and systems in a proficient and correct manner in accordance with Specifications, Drawings, Site Instructions, Approved Change Orders/Directives.
- Report directly to Superintendent for mentorship as needed.
- Diagnoses design issues regarding plumbing, gas, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and/or components for the purpose of identifying problems and needs necessary for the design intent to work properly
- Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange training, coordinate manpower pertaining to the contract with the developer / general contractor
- Responsible for testing all mechanical systems meeting local jurisdictions and engineer specifications
- To impart to the Superintendent or Project Management team any efficiencies or cost saving measures felt necessary to maximize project effectiveness. To work in a safe and timely manner and report to the Site Supervisor/PM team any inability to do so.
- Ability to read an interpret drawings/schematics and specifications as required.
- Complete projects above the client and company’s expectations

You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills:
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in a foreman or lead hand role.
- Registered Plumbing Journeyperson. Basic security clearance, clean drivers abstract.

Technical Skills:
- Experienced in Safely working in and around construction sites. Knowledge and skills of industry standard safe work practices.
