**Job Description:**
We are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable Framer/Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle all framing tasks independently and have a strong understanding of blueprint reading.
You will be leading the framing process on new home builds and renovations, with support from other team members for the more physically demanding tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform all framing tasks on new home builds and renovations.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Resolve issues independently as they arise.
- Occasionally pick up small items from local suppliers as needed.
- Maintain a consistent work schedule, with a minimum of 8 hours per day (option for a 4-day work week with 10-hour days).
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in framing and carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must have a driver’s license and own a vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the job.
- Access to personal tools (major tools will be provided).
