About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead CRO Consultant to lead high-impact digital analytics engagements for enterprise clients, combining strategic leadership with technical expertise. In this role, you’ll guide clients through complex analytics transformations across web and app platforms, delivering robust measurement strategies and ensuring end-to-end data instrumentation and activation. You’ll work hands-on with tools such as Amplitude, Adobe Target & Analytics, Optimizely, etc. translating stakeholder needs into scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, marketers, and product managers—to activate insights that support optimization initiatives. A key component of this role is your ability to analyze behavioral and performance data to extract meaningful insights, build intuitive dashboards, and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. You bring experience in A/B testing, content performance optimization, or developing data-informed testing strategies that enhance digital experiences. Your role involves supporting business growth, developing strategic CRO plans, and identifying entrepreneurial opportunities within Monks’ expanding ecosystem.

- Design and implement measurement frameworks, KPIs, and testing processes across digital platforms. Should be familiar with web, iOS & Android
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders via dashboards and storytelling
- Have a passion for optimisation and possess the skills and experience to drive successful initiatives.
- Oversee experimentation across platforms like Adobe Target, Amplitude, and AB Tasty ensuring accurate data collection.Your expert insights and ideas will drive future optimisation activities, ensuring the achievement of client objectives and delivering a strong ROI.
- Utilize BI Tools tools and platforms designed to automate and accelerate data collection, integration and analysis. Example: Power BI, Domo, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.
- Partake in our experimentation efforts, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, and implementing data-driven strategies.
- Mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Develop analytics strategies and frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance.
- Prepare materials and lead or participate in client workshops and engagements to drive progress and alignment
- Participate in business development and marketing activities like scoping work, writing blogs and leading our GA4 monthly Bootcamps.

- Proficiency with SQL, JavaScript and working knowledge of BigQuery or other cloud data platforms.
- Experience with CDPs, data engineering or/or GCP / Snowflake / AWS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
