High Tech Genesis is seeking to hire a Lead Ecommerce who oversees all digital marketing to drive sales and customer growth, collaborating across departments to align strategy and execution.
In this role, you will:
Define the vision, projections, roadmap, and overall eCommerce D2C strategy
Oversee the paid media & performance channels
Build and oversee the eCommerce roadmap, from a business and technological point of view
Work closely with the Content, Experience, Service & Technology teams to deliver new website features and improvements
Manage and work closely with external partners (agencies, technology providers)
Manage a fast-paced growing team
Define and prioritize KPIs to manage eCommerce operations
Track performance on an ongoing basis, report to internal stakeholders and build actions plans to improve performance and ROI
Share eCommerce best practices and act as a thought leader to all internal stakeholders
Proven track record of 7+ years of eCommerce experience- Deep understanding of Martech, traffic acquisition, CRO and eCommerce best practices
- Proven track record of leveraging automation within user acquisition strategy
- Strong understanding of performance modeling and analytics
- Experience in electric vehicles, solar or energy management industries considered an asset
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field
