Job Description:
As a Lead Carpenter, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a skilled team of tradespeople, carpenters, and apprentices in executing high-end renovation projects. You will ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, with an added focus on fine-finish carpentry and intricate trim work.
You will be an ambassador for quality, integrity, and precision craftsmanship. A deep knowledge of fine carpentry and millwork, particularly in trim detail, is essential to excel in this role.
Key Qualifications:
- Advanced Woodworking & Trim Detailing: You bring extensive experience in high-level woodworking, with a sharp eye for detail in trim, molding, and fine finishes. Your skillset should include precision carpentry and a passion for the artistry of custom woodwork.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience (preferred)
