YOUR DAY AS OUR LEAD BATHROOM RENOVATOR
You'll enjoy a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
As our Lead Bathroom Renovator, you'll take charge of basic carpentry tasks like framing rooms and bathrooms, handling plumbing installations including vanities and fixtures, and expertly laying flooring with tiling or hardwood/laminate boards. You'll
be responsible for painting, mudding, and drywalling to perfection, ensuring each project aligns with client expectations. Throughout the day, you'll
maintain a keen eye on safety protocols and project budgets, all while providing excellent customer service and educating clients on installation care. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional bathroom transformations that leave clients delighted with their new spaces!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bathroom renovations
- Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, tiling, and finishing work
- Ability to adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures while following all safety protocols
- Ability to use a company iPad to submit paperwork and photos
- Ability to learn and advance
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Great personality with a team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
