Summary
We are seeking a Trainer to join our team at CPMT Laser. In this role, you will be responsible for educating practitioners on the effective use of our advanced laser systems. Your expertise will empower professionals in the medical aesthetics field, ensuring they deliver safe and effective treatments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for practitioners on the use of laser technologies.
- Develop training materials and resources that enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure proper equipment usage.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in laser technology.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training or education within the medical or aesthetics field.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of laser technologies is an asset but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
