Qualifications:
This position requires an experienced, highly-motivated and enthusiastic Medical Aesthetician illustrating success in customer service, sales, and exceptional knowledge of the medical aesthetic industry.
- Certification or diploma in Clinical Aesthetics.
- A minimum of 1+ year of Medical Aesthetics and Laser experience.
- Strong emphasis on Customized Facials, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and Chemical peels.
- Superior understanding of skin, skincare, and up to date laser and laser physics knowledge (laser hair reduction, laser skin rejuvenation, laser skin resurfacing, laser tattoo removal and more).
- This is a key, hands-on role with significant influence on client experience, satisfaction, education, treatments and sales. We are looking for staff who LOVE making people feel great about themselves!
- Open to working a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends is required.
- Experience working with medical booking software (MedAccess EMR) is preferred.
- A desire and willingness to learn and grow within the position and our company.
- The ability to work independently and be a strong team player.
- English language proficiency, verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to Micro-needling, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Customized Facials and Chemical Peels
- Perform aesthetic Laser treatments, including but not limited to Laser Hair Reduction, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Skin Resurfacing, Laser Tattoo Removal and more.
- Cosmetic consultations with clients: provide recommendations and pricing for products & services; setting realistic expectations and delivering excellent results.
- Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and dedication to doing the right thing for clients.
- Contact existing, new and potential clients regarding appointments, services, products, promotions and post-procedural follow-up
- Maintain strict confidentiality
