**Job Posting: Landscape Maintenance Contractor (Fulltime)**
We’re a growing landscaping company looking for a reliable and skilled Landscape Maintenance Contractor. This full-time role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow into a management position. You will be paid for fulltime hours but only required to work a few days a week as we establish more business, you will work more, as well you will get increases in pay.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, sprayers, etc.)
- Drive company truck to job sites
- Perform lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging, hedge shaping) and small mulch jobs
- Track tasks and take photos using a smartphone
- Ensure equipment safety and high-quality work in various weather conditions
**Qualifications:**
- Landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
- Skilled with small engine equipment and sprayers
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Reliable transportation to work
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job tracking
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors for long periods
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional appearance
- Works well independently or in a small team
**Schedule:**
- Paid for 40hrs a week, scheduled work Tues, Wed, Thurs 8 to 10 hrs a day
**Compensation:**
- $18/hour, paid biweekly (contractor, responsible for own taxes)
