Refined Pools & Landscaping is an upscale Pool & Landscape construction company focusing on luxury backyard living spaces- including fibreglass pools,vinyl pools, water features, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, lighting and all hard and softscape construction.
Lead Hand Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead Hand- transition to Foreman.
- Assist Foreman in running a crew
- Provides updates to the Owner.
- Promotes safety standards and equipment maintenance.
- Trains and coaches team.
- Reads and implements drawings/plans.
- Tracks bonuses and incentives for team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience with HARD landscape construction. ( Build retaining walls, steps, grading, cutting/laying pavers, pool coping etc ).
- Possesses full Ontario Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ideally can skillfully operate all levels of equipment (skid steers, excavators etc ).
- Manage time and goals for team.
- Pool building an asset but not a requirement ( will be trained ).
