Position: Landscaping & Lawn Care Technician
Location: Charleswood, MB
Wage: Starting at $18–$25+/hr (based on experience)
Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (Spring–Fall)
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates with at least 1 season of landscaping experience who are eager to learn and grow with us. If you're a hard worker with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to develop into a crew lead and beyond, we want to hear from you.
Note: This role is not intended for short-term summer students, but for those seeking long-term growth in the industry.Key Responsibilities:
- General lawn maintenance (trimming, aeration, power raking, etc.)
- Brickwork and hardscaping
- Operating skid steers and mini excavators
- Driving trucks with trailers
- Assisting with landscape planning and execution
- Other general landscaping tasks as required
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Personal smartphone with data (for maps and work apps)
- Minimum 1 year of lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
- Physically capable of working 10-hour days in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Able to get to our shop in Charleswood for daily start
