Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent customer service.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Support serving staff by assisting with plating and presentation of dishes.
Experience
- Previous experience in a Korean restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and serving team members.
