We are seeking an experienced Full-time Kitchen Helper in a restaurant located in Streetsville, Mississauga.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Multi-task between order taking in POS, Order replenishing & Customer-Service
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
- Properly wash and dry all dishes, utensils, pots and cooking equipments.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- Remove trash and recycled items, replace garbage bags, and clean garbage cans.
- Sweep and mop kitchen and dining areas.
- Clear, sanitize, reset tables and chairs.
- Replenish condiments, water glasses, napkins, and menus when needed.
- Assist with brining out meal orders to guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- The ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Be able to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
Schedule:
- Tuesday to Thursday on Rotational Shifts
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday on Regular Basis
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Streetsville, Mississauga: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Cooking / Kitchen Helper : 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
