Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Kinesiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human movement and exercise science, with the ability to assess and develop individualized exercise programs that promote health, wellness, and rehabilitation. This role is essential in helping clients achieve their physical goals through evidence-based practices.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop personalized exercise programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Educate clients on the principles of biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology as they relate to movement.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client assessments, progress, and program modifications.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in kinesiology and rehabilitation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification from a recognized professional organization (e.g., ACSM, NSCA).
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Experience in developing exercise programs for diverse populations is an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
