Who we are:
Queens Cannabis Co is a chain of licensed recreational cannabis stores.
We are looking for customer service oriented individuals with various levels of experience. Customer service experience is a must, prior cannabis knowledge is considered an asset but not a necessity.

- Keyholder/Supervisor
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Be 19 years of age or older
- Have a high school diploma (Relevant post secondary education is an asset)
- Have 2 years experience in a retail (or similar) customer service position
- Possess a current Selling it Right Certification (or are willing to obtain it)
- Be willing to comply with all policy, procedures and regulations
- Be tech-savvy, willing to adapt to new software and platforms
- Be familiar with proper cash handling and reporting techniques
- Experience with inventory monitoring, merchandising, receiving etc is an asset
- Be concise, organized, and detail orientated
- Be flexible, able to adjust to changing situations
- Promote a positive and compliant workplace
- Cannabis knowledge is an asset but not a requirement
Job types:
Full time and Part time
Salary:
19.50-$22.00 hour starting wage
Based on experience with opportunities for future growth
