Scrub Depot is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Holder for our store, offering a unique opportunity to join a leading provider of medical uniforms and scrubs in Canada. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer service experience and maintaining the store's operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store according to established procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with purchases, returns, and inquiries.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking and organizing products.
- Handle cash transactions and balance the register with accuracy.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
